What this platform is

A free (beta) tool that optimizes your resume for web3, crypto and fintech hiring and — only if you opt in — matches your profile against live roles handled by a specialist recruiter. It is a positioning and matching tool, not a job guarantee: match scores are informed estimates, and hiring decisions are always made by people.

AI-generated content

Optimized profiles and feedback are produced by an AI engine working strictly from your document. It is built to never invent employers, dates or achievements — but you are responsible for reviewing your resume before using it. If anything looks off, fix it or tell us.

Fair use

Upload only your own resume (or one you are authorized to submit). No scraping, no automated bulk submissions, no attempts to identify the confidential employers behind listed roles. We rate-limit heavy usage because every run costs us real compute.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” during beta, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use — including hiring outcomes.
